Oriental Cat Breed Profile

These cats are very much people cats and will definitely keep owners on their toes with their colourful characters. Bright and clever, they are often very comical and can give you a real laugh. They like company and do not enjoy being left by themselves, enjoying nothing better than getting close to their owners, but beware as their extrovert personas can result in broken ornaments! The breed, which includes Foreign Whites with their stunning blue eyes, has a lot in common with his flamboyant Siamese cousin and shares many of the same personality traits.

The elegant Oriental is a long, svelte cat with a whipped tail, short glossy coat and green eyes.
