Ragdoll Breed Profile

Ragdoll fact file

Intelligence: Reasonably
Quiet: Reasonably
Good with dogs?: Very much
Good with children: Very much
Love the outdoors?: Not especially
Grooming: Reasonably

The Ragdoll thrives on human company. Although stunning to look at, these cats are best known for their wonderful temperaments - they are loyal, affectionate, playful and gentle. They are also very laid-back - but don’t think this relaxed attitude, coupled with his name, means the Ragdoll is 'floppy' or different in his physical responses to other breeds. He’s not. This cat needs to be treated with the same care and respect that every feline deserves.

This cat has a silky semi-longhair coat and large blue eyes. Patterns are mitted, bi-colour and colourpointed.

Remember! All breed profiles are general and every cat is an individual.
