Snowshoe Cat Breed Profile

Some USA breeders describe Snowshoes as being as different as pebbles on the beach, each kitten with his own distinctive pattern; each having his own unique appeal. The Snowshoe temperament is bombproof, little seems to faze them. The unusual combination of point markings, the white pattern and the moderate body build set the Snowshoe apart from all other breeds. Snowshoes are said to have a sparkling personality and are human orientated and affectionate.

This shorthaired cat has a smooth, glossy coat featuring Siamese-style points with white markings. The medium-sized body is muscular and eyes are a brilliant blue.
