The Your Cat Product Awards are your chance to recognize the items that help to make life with your cat happier and easier. Launched in 2007, the event is run annually in conjunction with our sister magazine Your Dog, which has its own set of awards.

Readers of both titles are invited to nominate their favourite products in a range of categories from food to flea products. The winners will be announced in the autumn, when we will also announce which products have won an Editor's Award - an element which is new to this year's awards.

The awards are an opportunity for you, our readers, to tell us about your favourite products - as well as a chance to win some great prizes!

One lucky winner will win the top prize of £250 worth of Pets at Home vouchers. While five runners-up will each receive £50 worth of Pets at Home vouchers. To be in with a chance of winning, you simply have to take part in our product awards vote! The names of everyone who enters will be placed in a draw. The first name picked out on July 16, 2009 will win £250 worth of vouchers, and the next five will receive £50 vouchers.

Take a look at the categories. For most we have provided a short list of some of the most popular products in that category.

However, if you want to nominate another product that doesn't appear then you are welcome to do so. Try to give the product name and manufacturer - and don't forget to tell us why you think your particular choice should be named top product in this category!
