Day 8 - Win a bottle of Sacred Old Tom Gin!

Today, we've teamed up with Sacred Spirits to give away a bottle of their Sacred Gin Old Tom Gin, to one lucky winner!

Old Tom is a style of gin which harks back to the 18th century, linking Dutch Genever to London Dry Gin, being drier than the former and sweeter than the latter. Our interpretation has bold notes of juniper and is naturally sweetened with liquorice root in the traditional manner and we've also had some fun with the label design - see attached bottle shot.

It's perfect served with tonic or in a Martinez.

Pioneers of the gin renaissance, it is almost 10 years since Ian Hart and Hilary Whitney developed a unique vacuum distillation process to create a completely new, fresh-tasting gin which was awarded a Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Today, using only the finest quality ingredients, and with the highest attention to detail, Sacred produces more than 21 products including Gins, Whiskies, Vodkas, Vermouths and Liqueurs.

The Sacred Microdistillery was the smallest and most unusual distillery, originally located in Ian Hart and Hilary Whitney’s home in Highgate, North London. In 2017, Sacred moved into additional premises above The Star Pub in Highgate – about 100 yards from Karl Marx’s grave - where Ian, Hilary, and the team continue to vacuum distil a range of Sacred Spirits in their own inimitable way.
