We’ve teamed up with Nervous Stitch to give one lucky reader a set of one of these fabulous Cat Toy Hand Knitting Kits and two catmint mice. This is the perfect gift for both cat lovers and their cats! The knitting kit has everything you need to knit spider, goldfish, ball, and mouse cat nip toys with easy to follow instructions and close up step-by-step photographs. These are knitted on 4mm short straight bamboo knitting needles with cotton aran weight yarn to give a nice firm fabric so the cat mint and stuffing does not show/fall out. The kit includes enough yarn to knit two of each design.
The handmade catnip mice toys were invented when Nervous Stitch owner Jenny wanted to find a unique way to avoid wasting leftover material and the organic catnip inside is made from the cat mint grown in her own garden. A random mouse with small felt ears and a twisted wool tail will be chosen for your cat.
